In 2025, the LDDK Annual Awards were celebrated in a truly special way.
Artist Krista Vindberga created ten original paintings, which became the heart of the event’s scenography. Each artwork symbolised one of the ten award nominations, transforming the ceremony into a cohesive artistic experience.
The event honoured companies whose work strengthens three key pillars of Latvia’s future: defence, demography, and education, alongside excellence in growth, development, employee wellbeing, and social dialogue. Together, these values shape a country where people want to stay, grow, and create.
